Satisfaction

All staff were couteous and helpful, especially at breakfast. A generally satisfactory stay was spoiled by an unpleasant smell in the reception area and a number of minor defects in the room: no sink plug; towel rail cold; no hot water on the first day (all dealt with promptly). Also, an irritating occasional water-pipe noise developed later in our stay.
