Good for Venice. Detached building. Well located. Good public areas. Small rooms but nice views and good bathrooms. Grand Canal view would have been great but extortionately expensive.Decent breakfast. Pity we only discovered the express public ferry link to the airport for our departure. It stops at the vaporetto stop next to the hotel! Small room. Curtains jammed. The public rooms are elegant but lack functionality. No bar service as far as we could determine. Helpful reception staff. Walking distance to St Marks. Very close Vaporetto stop (which airport service stops at). Quiet.
