We chose this hotel knowing it was away from the center of the city, because we wanted a little peace and quiet. It is only 3 blocks away from bus and Metro, so it was easy to get around. Hotel staff spoke good English and were extremely helpful. It was a little difficult to find restaurants in the area, but that is not the hotel's fault. Overall, it was well worth the money.

The hotel in itself was fine, very clean and the staff were helpful but the room we were given was tiny to say the least! It was meant to be a double room, instead we had a bed which i would describe was a little bit bigger than a single bed and there was no room to walk past each other in the room without myself or my girlfriend climbing onto the bed to let the other through! We couldn`t open our suitcases without spilling over into the bathroom, which however was about the same size as our room or we had to put the cases on the bed to open the wardrobe! Not impressed with the room at all!!

Best price, very small room, wireless signal only in the lobby although it was advertised to work in the rooms too, thin walls (could hear the neighbours sneeze), good breakfast, close to the Vatican.

Was told the location was about 100 meters from the metro station, but it was much further, and inconvenient to walk to with luggage. Nobody we spoke to in the neighborhood knew where the hotel was located so it was a hassle to get from the metro train station to the hotel. Buffet breakfast was quite good based on selection of items. Neighborhood was pretty good, lots of cafes & shops.

Hotel located close to public transport. Reception and other staff friendly and helpful. good breakfast. Although the bedroom was quite small, it was clean and comfortable. it was not a room with a view! I would consider staying at waldorf in the future.

The first contact with the reception was professional . The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and Just right in size. For the price I would rate the room as excellent but I lowered the rating because of the lack of an electric kettle in the room. The breakfast served was excellent and kept us in good shape till late afternoon. Overall impression of the Hotel is Very good and I reccomend the hotel to Tourists who wish to see Rome. The Hotel is located near a metro station and is close to the Vatican. The room as excellent but I lowered the rating because of the lack of an electric kettle in the room. After a tiring day seeing Rome it would be great to have some dining facility within the Hotel. The Breakfast is EXCELLENT but for a cup of tea or coffee we had to walk to the corner restaraunt. The staff were freindly and yet professional. The linen and toilets were always clean and redone every day. The Hotel is located near a metro station and is close to the Vatican and also very close to a major Bus terminus. We had a wonderful time in Rome and the Hotel met all requirements.
