Amazingly surprised I was when I checked in at Viminale Hotel and I was changed to Hotel Torino, an not believable 4-star hotel. How can this hotel have been rated as 4-star one? No wireless Internet, usually provided by most hotels in the world at an extra charge. They had a PC machine nearby the lobby charging 10 euros per hour at an amazingly slow speed. A poor air conditioned room, noisy, and unhealthy. I came back with pneumonia due to bacteria Legionella usually resulting by dirty air-conditioned filters. Sheets were not changes in the 8 days I stayed there. Terrible quality, in general.
