Villa Morgagni Hotel is housed in an elegant villa built at the beginning of the 19th century and refurbished to unite warm hospitality with a tasteful ambience, a mixture which has created an exclusive atmosphere and refined hospitality. Positioned off the main road, thanks to its long driveway, it offers the advantage of an environment particularly silent and relaxing.

Rated #4 for all Rome hotels
This hotel is excellent. It's not in the centre of Rome, however it's very near a train station. Also, as Rome is so tiny, we were able to walk from the city centre to the hotel in about 20 minutes, so it really isn't that far at all. Before we arrived at the hotel I informed them that we would require an early check-in as we arrived at the hotel around 11am. They were wonderful with this, when we arrived at the hotel we found our room ready for us. Also, the staff at the hotel were wonderful with advising us of places to visit, how to get there, where the night life is, etc. One man gave us detailed instructions as to where the night life is and what bus we needed to take to get there. Another lady gladly rang up a tour operator for us to find out where we could take the bus from and then told us how to get there. The only let down was breakfast as there wasn't much choice, however this really wasn't a big deal and the croissants were very nice! We would definitely stay at this hotel again and will recommend it to anyone we know going to Rome. It's great value for money, an abso
