The hotel has been recently refurbished and the room was of a high standard. The staff were welcoming, friendly and very helpful. The location of the hotel is ideal in terms of transport links as it is situated within five minutes walk of the Termini train station. In my opinion the hotel represents excellent value for money and certainly exceeded my expectations....

The hotel does not look great on the outside but inside it is very good. it is bright and clean with very nice reception and lounge areas. Our rooms were fine for short stay breaks, smallish but well furnished and clean. Breakfast was good and the hotel staff friendly and efficient. Would definitely stay there again.
near to the termini and to bus stops. nearest metro not too far away but we walked to all the major sights. only had the breakfast. buffet breakfast with a good choice. concierge very friendly and efficient. we had a problem with our wc and he came and sorted it out straight away.

We stay atthe buiding across street from hotel, we had problem with hot water in cold weather, almost everyday, we asked for triple bed, they give us double room with extra bed, it was no room to walk across the room we had to get on the bed to get to other side of the room, toward end of our trip we stay at different hotel, Not far from this hotel, better location, much nicer for lower price.
