We stayed in the hotel in May 2007 and paid for 160 euro per night. The room is very small and there is no desk space (because there is no room to put it). The bathroom is clean and spacious, the shower stall is small though but the water flow (from the shower head) is good.
The elevator is old and small which can take a maximum of 3 persons. It will only fit 2 persons with luggages.
The San Remo is clean with pleasant staff. Location also good (close to Termini Station), easy to get to all areas of interest. You can walk to most major sights from the hotel in approx 30 -40 minutes. It took approx. 30 min. to get to the airport by train (costs 11 euro).
The breakfast was excellent with plenty of freshy baked croissants (which is excellent), sweet pastries, cheese, ham, cereals, rolls, juice, milk, tea, coffee and yogurt. The breakfast is the best part.
