A very pleasant stay at Hotel Ranieri - Staff were very helpful and walking distance to most of the sights (Bus 62 or 84 will take you to them all for €1.00 each way) Bus stop a few yards along the road. Nearby there are loads of nice places to eat and prices are fair - Cannot find anything bad to say about our visit and stay at this hotel - we travelled with others who also booked 3 star accommodation, but we all agreed The Ranieri was the best by a long way. In summary: Very Clean , Helpful staff, Nice location and Good Value for Money....

Thanks to renovation program the hotel Ranieri will be able to satisfy the needs of the customers in much better way than earlier. Reception at the ground floor (earlier 2nd fl), restaurant has more room, nice furniture and good location, new high quality sweets are added.

In general, my sister and I liked the hotel for it's perfect location, impeccable service, room cleanliness and comfort although not so spacious. The buffet breakfast was pleasant and complete. The only difficulty was that the reception desk is located on the second floor while our room was on the first floor. Going out, we had to go up one floor to deposit the key before going down. There were severak steps at the lobby leading to the elevator which presented inconveniences for heavy, bulky luggage. Environment gives the sensation of security. Noticed the presence of most Embassies in the neighborhood streets.
Easy walking distance to and from the railway station which made it easier to get transport to wherever we wanted to go. Bus stop just accross the Hotel. We cooled our heels at the visitors' room before we finally left for our final destination without any disturbances. Breakfast buffet sufficient and good. Staff courteous and pleasant. Provided us with necessary service of a bellman, tourist info and safekeeping of our luggage after check-out.
