Overbooked our first night so sent to another hotel which had very small rooms which were not very attractive; no air-conditioning during a heat wave in Rome; our rooms overlooking very busy street with very high volume of noise at all hours of the day and night and because we had no AC we had to keep our windows open to get some air circulating and so we were unable to sleep many nights; the rooms were clean and large but no draw space to put our clothes, only a closet with hangers. The breakfasts were average but with the high volume of people, were not provided with enough milk, juice, etc and so you had to wait for refills.
