I don't know how HotelTravel.com does it, but after literally hours of researching prices for this hotel, you were able to provide a rate at Rome Airport Hilton that absolutely COULD NOT be beat - by far! It was an excellent way to end our trip to Italy as the bathroom was gorgeous and the room itself was super comfortable and clean. The room was spacious, the bathroom was lovely and included a bidet. We were able to watch CNN on TV and check our hotel bill right on the television screen. The bed was extremely comfortable, too. A real plus was the excellent complimentary bus shuttle to Rome...

This hotel advertised that they were within a 15 minute walk to the airport - that would be if all the moving escalators were working!! Three of the four moving walkways were not working!!

The accomodations in this hotel were excellent. The literature described a "moving sidewalk" to the airport. This was a public (not hotel) facility and much of it was out of order. The airport is a very long walk and complicated for a first time traveler there. The hotel accomodated with shuttle transportation.

Not very happy with the transportation to airport. Could tell for sure if we could get a ride or not, just had to wait and hope to get on their shuttle. Told to walk over but with bags etc not very easy. As it turned out we were brought to the wrong terminal and had to catch a shuttle bus to the right terminal.

The room AC was working marginally..As hot outside as it was 5 degrees cooler would have felt nice for a room that cost 169 Euro..which was the best price out there..There walk in best price was 229 Euro.. The included in price breakfast was wonderful.. The room was clean..and everything inside was nice.. Staff was friendly.. and most spoke English..which was helpful..

Prices seemed excessive. Really $7.50 for a Coke. $40 for the internet. $20 for a club House sandwich. Room was great and price was reasonable. Plus being next to the Airport for an early flight out. Great having a shuttle bus into Rome.

Rooms were large with all necessary amenities, but very old bed, old linens that look as if they were from a roadside motel. No one at this airport hotel could give us a straight answer on the best way to actually get to the airport the next day or give us any information on the layout of the airport. The restaurant has a limited menu and a buffet - the buffet is 38 euros per person (for a bunch of dried out pasta dishes!) 185 euros was way to much for this level of service.

Service is non-existent at this hotel. No matter what questions I had, misinformation was the order of the day. Check-in lines are absurdly long, and inefficient. Rooms are extremely basic. Apart from the location inside the airport grounds, there is no reason to stay here. Even with an early am flight, as I had, I think you can do better at another nearby hotel. Save the money, and be treated much better elsewhere. Spring for a cab if need be, to get to and from another establishment.

Disappointing experience with the one staff at the front counter. After standing in line for 10 minutes someone who came to the back of the line was served first because "he had to check out". This was noon and I checked out at 7:30I'm sure the fact that he spoke Italian to her had nothing to do with it! Next time, she should say "wait your turn".

We chose this hotel because it was connected to the airport which was perfect for our early morning flight. As far as the facilities go, we really didn't have a chance to experience them however you cannot beat the location. Instead of having to get up hours before the flight we were able to get up, have breakfast and take a leisurely stroll over to the airport and still check in almost 2-hours in advance.

Price was excellent through your site. The hotel staff were efficient enough to deal with our needs. Best advantage of hotel is city shuttle (every two hours to town and every two hours return). Buffet breakfast made the stay very enjoyable. It was superb! The convenient location to the airport was wonderful. A short walk and you check in to your flight. Even if they are repairing the walking sidewalks, it's only about a 10 minute walk to the check-in desk. I'll be back at the Hotel when I go to Rome again.!

The only things to like about this hotel are its newness and location. The safe didn't work, the operator and concierge desk didn't answer the phone, the only dinner meal service was an over-priced buffet, and the desk clerk was slow and inattentive. The only way I'd stay here again is to make an early morning flight.

I did not expect that there would be no place in the hotel for free internet access -- and access was very expensive. Room was uninspired; the bedspread had lipstick on it -- not good. Also, for an American brand hotel in Italy, the tv had shows in German, Japanese, Italian and only news in English, and, of course, very expensive pay per view.
Other than that, the hotel was really fine. The room was clean (except for the spread) and the staff was friendly. It is a long walk from the terminal, but through skywalks.

It's nice that the hotel is in walking distance from the airport. It would have been nicer if the moving walkways were working. From the room you can see information about arriving flights, but nothing about departing flights, which I would think would be more useful. The food in the hotel is VERY expensive and overpriced, and there is nothing else available without taking a taxi. Free shuttle to/from downtown was very nice and always on time. Room and public areas were very clean and well kept. The hotel is nice to stay in for one night if you arrive very late or are leaving the next day as the only thing it's convenient for is the airport. For a longer stay, you'd probably be better off in a hotel closer to the attractions.

The hotel staff even made our dinner reservations for us! It's location - a ten minute connected building walk to the Airport Terminal - was almost ridiculously convenient!
