On arrival allocated twin instead of double bed that I had booked!!!! We were eventually given a double room (505) by duty manager, mini bar in room had a bottle half empty. We took the bottle directly to duty manager, he still tried to charge us at the end of our stay!! Room 505 is directly under the restaraunt kitchen was very noisy (beware), when we asked if we could move, we were refused as they had no other double rooms available??? Funny as there was only about 12 people in the hotel!! Other duty managers at the hotel were more friendly.
