NEGATIVE: We were 3 adults (2 aduts and 16-year son). The room was very small with 3 beds. In the hotel restaurant (Restaurant Apulia) during one evening dinner the main course was forgotten, and received first after long awaiting and reminder to the waiter. During breakfast some of the waiters looked very tired and were yawning in the breakfast room.
POSITIVE: The hotel staff was very friendly. The suttle bus to the city center convinient. The hotel location was calm and clean. The weather in Rome happened to be wonderful. We enjoyed our trip very much. THANK YOU!...
