location of the hotel is very far from the center though it was stated that its just 15 min away from the train station but you have to walk from the hotel for about a kilometer or more so its very tiring especially after a whole day of tour in the city unless otherwise you dont care for your money then you may take a taxi. The worst of all, the service of the staff particularly in the reception area is very unprofessional, discorteous and unfriendly.

The hotel ranked as 4 star, the lobby looks very good, but we felt the facility in the room like two star. The receptionist even tried to give you the worse room. I told them that I booked a room with king size bed with tub, but they gave me the room with twin beds. When I asked for the king size bed, they gave me the room with queen size bed and mini shower, and told you that they never had king size bed. When I found there was no telephone line and asked for changing room again, finally they gave me a room with king size bed. The whole process made me feel very bad, they always cheat the guest!!!
