Rated #82 for all Rome hotels
Bedroom was quite good furnished, but the bathroom ( a shower) was very little. Just enough for one person. But the concierge and the breakfast lady were very helpfull in all kind of information. Just a bed and breakfast hotel, since there are a lot of restaurant outside to eat. 700 m from the Termini station, and in a nice area....

My wife and I found the hotel relatively quickly compared to the reviews that we had read beforehand. Yes, there is a problem with homeless people near the station, which although could be intimidating to a single woman, it is no more threatening than outside Waterloo station in London. The hotel although small is entirely satisfactory for a sight seeing trip to Rome. The room was of good size for our needs (just to sleep in) and yes, the shower is on the small side but still managed to cater adequately for my 16 stone proportions. The maid service was very good and the room, bedding and towels appeared to be cleaned or replaced every day (to be honest, most days we were far too knackered to notice). My only slight winge would be the size of the breakfast room on the 5th or 6th floor (it's a killer on your tired legs getting up there!!). With 20 rooms the dining room could only just cater for about 10 extremely cramped covers. This resulted in queues and a couple of rather grumpy elderly diners. In summary this hotel was perfect for us in our desire to see Rome. The metro is very close to enable you to see the attractions further a field i.e the Vatican, Spanish Steps etc and close enough to the other sights i.e the Colloseum and Forum to easily walk to. The other attractions are not yet served by the Metro i.e the Pantheon and Trevi fountain but to be honest the only way to see Rome is to walk around it anyway. So really, if you want to laze about in your hotel watching Sky
