Upon arrival at the Dei Mellini I was told there was no room available as the hotel was over booked. They did offer to hold my bags and later that day sent me to one of their sister hotels. The room at the sister hotel was small and dark being at the rear of the hotel, I do not feel this hotel was of the same level as the Dei Mellini. It was not the hotel experience I was thinking I had reserved while in Rome. Could have done better some where else.
