Rated #58 for all Rome hotels
My wife and I along with our two grown up children came over for the rugby and had the most wonderful time in Rome and the Crowne Plaza was subperb. There is nothing we could fault at all.

We got a great deal of 3 nights for price of 2 - so that helped. The hotel on arrival is rather stark and un-inviting - however the rooms are very nice and large and modern and the breakfast is very good. All in all vry good value.

The hotel room was quite large and comfortable but the nearby road was quite noisy, although I expect this would be a common complaint in Rome. Although it is advertised as being near the Vatican it was at least 3 kms away but the hotel is on a bus route which linked to buses for all the tourist areas.
