This is the second time we have been at this Hotel and it was even better this time than before.
The staff are friendly and polite and there was not a language problem, we were given on arrival a map of the city and places of interest along with details of trips from the hotel, and trams and busses which can be caught right outside the hotel, No 19 Tram takes you straight to the Vatican City and the No 3 bus takes you to the Coloseum, Although can be crowded at peak times. Bus and tram tickets can be purchased at the hotel for 1 euro each.

very nice hotel but far from anything to do, only a few restaurants, no bars, not even convenience stores, so not a great place for someone looking for fun. better for a quiet night in rome in a very nice room.

We found every where in walkable distance we walked through the Villa Bourghesse park containing the Galleria Bourghese, well worth a visit and not far after the park is the spanish steps and the Trevi fountain probably take 20 mins to 30 mins gently stroll to walk to from the hotel another 10 - 15 minutes and you are at the Piazza Venezia where a coffee is well earned and fun to watch the police man in the middle trying to direct traffic, can be very amusing at times, it became our regular stop. From the Piazza Venetzia you can see Capitol Hill Museum, and the monument for the lost soldier, once at the top of Capitol hill, Recomend eating at the restaurant on the roof top in the museum, wonderful views. From there you can make your way down to the Roman Forum and finally Coloseum. There is so much more to do and see it can not be put down in this but we caught the No 3 bus in the evening into the city centre and walked around the
