I do not recommend this hotel whatsoever. I booked this hotel thru hotels.com , and have never been so disappointed. When I arrived at the hotel, the room was not ready. I left my luggage and went out sightseeing. After a full days of activities , I returned to my hotel at 10PM, only to find out there was no hot water . The hotel staff gave me blank stares when I inquired. I asked to speak with the manager , who was called, but apparantly could not speak English. No one at this hotel was helpful at all.After conversing with other guests, I found out that there had not been hot water for 3 days. The hotel staff knew that when we checked in, and did not advise us .Needless to say, I got my bags and did not stay at this hotel. I found another hotel , by asking people outside in the cafe. After speaking with other hotels' staff, it has become apparent that this hotel has an extremely bad reputation.
