Liked: The rooms were spacious, and we had a king bed. The breakfast was good. Staff was usually helpful. One in particular was very professional and courteous. Didn't like: The rooms and public areas need updating. Carpet in the room appeared to have been installed loosely over tile and was rippled. Furnishings were sparse. Two plastic glasses were all we were provided for our two-night stay. Carpet in public areas needs replacement. Not all staff spoke English, and some were not at all friendly. In general, not up to four-star standards.

we were first given a room with 2 single beds and had to ask for a double bed and a larger room. The first room was very small. Italians are not very friendly and they do not speak English!!!

Convenient location. Nice bathroom with large bathtub. Paid 127 Euro a night which is way too much though. I would not pay more than 70 Euro for a similar room elsewhere in Europe. This said, Rome IS expensive.

Next time I will choose another room because that they gave me was too little. Besides, in some aspects, they forgotted that was a double room (me and my wife) - one towel, one glass, etc
