this hotel does not like guests who have booked through a third party as they keep the best rooms if booked through the hotel. we were taken to an appartment owned by the hotel in the next street small room the toilet and shower across the hall was iffy not what we had paid for. compensation was a hotel taxie to airport. we had to walk 300yards each morning to the sister hotel for breakfast. not what i would call staying in a 4 star hotel. disapointed.

Since there was "a problem" at the Atlanta Garden, we were transferred to the Atlanta Star, where the bar was closed and where the airport shuttle was unable to drive to the airport... ????!!!!; we had to stay in a very small basement room, with electricity failure and a jacuzzi that was not working. We were not even able to use the free drink voucher that we received from reception since the bar was closed.
