Rated #93 for all Rome hotels
Located in a quiet, upscale neighbourhood but an easy and inexpensive (one Euro) commute to the city centre. The room was excellent value for money. There is a good restaurant on premises and also nearby. Staff was extremely courteous and helpful. Strongly recommend. Expensive taxi ride from airport to Hotel (40 Euros) but inexpensive bus/metro to City Centre (one Euro)...

Before leaving UK we heard mixed reviews about hotel so we arrived expecting the worst but the hotel was worth the money we paid. Room was clean, nice size, nice facilities and very quiet on the floor we were on. However, the reviews did mention the friendliness of the hotel staff who in my opinion were polite but one particular lady on reception came across very sour. We felt we could not ask her too many questions by the look on her face and she was not very helpful in giving out information. On day of arrival we asked her if there was anywhere local to eat she directed us around the corner of the hotel to shops and restaurants, but did not tell us it was ciesta time so nowhere was open to eat. The hotel lacked information for tourists on things to do and places to go. We only booked bed and breakfast so on arrival did not even tell us that we could get an evening meal in the restaurant, what the menu was for the day or the price of the meal. Basically you arrived at the hotel, given your room key and told what floor you are on and how to get there. We were not even told where the safe was for passports and money which was located in reception and not even in your room. The breakfast was not too pleasant too. On booking we were told we had an American breakfast which consisted of cold, wet scrambled eggs (which I had to avoid as it looked like it would give me a bad tummy), streaky bacon, coffee from a machine (which went cold when milk was added to it), pastries, rolls and jams. There was no hot toast.

I looked this hotel up on this site so we would be close to the airport. It was listed under (Rome Airport Hotels).and it comments say it is close. It was a $70.00 Euro taxi ride! The room was nice but the Bar across the parking lot was very loud until 2 AM.The Pool looked like it was nice but doesn't open until June. The resterant was excellent! The service, food, and price.I would not recomend this hotel for touists unless you have a carr as it is not close to any sites. It is in a nice looking residential area.
