Excellent location near train station, hop-on/hop-off bus, shopping and restaurants. Location is perfectly safe during the day when lots of locals and tourists are walking around, but at night, it is not as safe. We walked in groups in the evening. Room would have been excellent if there was more light in the room.
Hotel provided only basic services - no swimming pool, guest services, shared restaurant with adjoining hotel. Friendly, efficient service. Would have been excellent except for at night the area did not appear to be safe.

The full breakfast they provided in the adjoining hotel was outstanding, and well maintained.
Easy walking distance to many Rome attractions.
Front desk spoke excellent English and graciously helped me with several things including using electrical appliances, booking transportation for myself and 4 family members to my cruise ship, directions and sightseeing advise.
Many Internet cafes and restaurants in the area; Hotel charges 10 euro per hour for internet service, so it's better to use one of the internet cafes closeby for 2 euro per hour.
Room was dark, but not extremely so. Bathroom was very bright, clean and looked new. I was on the fifth floor.
I liked this place and would return.

The room was quite small, dark and cold. It is not really like a four star hotel (more a three star). The building is cold and dark too. The service was nice, particularly at the reception. The service in the room was not perfect.
