Rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was near train station, but still quite a walk from the city center. Actually, the breakfast selection was reasonable except that the wait staff were too busy to get us coffee and tea. There was never anybody at the bar. This is a good 4-star hotel, recognizably better than the other 3-star hotels i stayed at in other parts of Italy! However, its location leaves more to be desired, so in that sense, it is still not a cheap bargain.
