The night clerk who checked us in on our return trip from bosnia was rude and aggresive. The rooms where not cleaned to start, and the following day the room was not cleaned. I called the front desk to see if I can have my room cleaned, the night clerk told me they do not clean the rooms every day. When I asked if I could at least get clean towels, he was troubled and wanted me to come down and get them. I have stayed in this hotel two other times, this was the worst. I wont be returning to this location and would not recommend for anyone else.
