Very bad experience. Imagine 4 star hotel room without AC? The AC broke down and they could not fix it in 3 days. Every time they said it will work in 30 minutes... and did not work at all during my stay. I had booked the hotel for 6 nights... but checked out after 3 nights...

Excelent localization, good breakfast.
Staff could be nicer. Rooms could be cleanner (and walls must be painted).
Room size is ok. My concern was related to the dirty walls. They have free internet access in the lobby. Neer to a metro station. 10 min from Duomo Square (by metro). Well located, average price.

Though it's close to metro station, but the noise level in rooms are way too unbearable. Windsor should consider having more sound proof windows especially when it's located right at a junction of a main road. There's no way guest could have a sound sleep when you have electric trams and cars passing along. Just imagine those noise generated by trains on road and you should be able to feel the pain of it. I wouldn't want to stay in this hotel again even though it's value for money with respect to hotel rates and services.

Very nice hotel that looks better on the inside than on the outside. Very friendly staff, a modern room and valuable services, especially the free internet was helpful. Tram and metro around the corner as well as restaurants and shops (Via Corso Como was great!).
