Room is nicely furnished and clean. Continental breakfast was basic but the best amongst the hotels we stayed in Italy. Reception staff was professional, but its a thin line between being professional and arrogant. Felt they could be friendlier. Location is 5mins away from Milano Centrale, but if you need to take the metro via other lines, eg. to Colosseo, you have to walk a good 15mins to the next nearest metro station - far. Also located in a pretty quiet area, shops around are always closed. But there is a restaurant opp the street that opens late, and sells very cheap table wine =)
