The Mini Aosta Hotel is modern and welcoming, and a good choice of hotel when you’re in Milan. Breakfast is ideally taken on the terrace, which boasts a view of the stately Central Station. The Cervino and Resegonecan be seen when the clouds aren’t out in force. Most rooms have views of Piazza Duca d’Aosta.

Rated #54 for all Milan hotels
This hotel was more than I have ever hoped for its price. It was very central and its rooms were really nice. The stuff was very friendly and welcoming, although their english was very poor. I have also to say that the bus from the airport left us 1 minute(on foot) from the hotel!! And all the means of transportation are really-really close to it. Furthermore, the breakfast was one of the best I have ever had in hotels! I had a very nice time there. I recommend it to all of you who want to stay in a clean, nice, quite cheap and well-placed hotel. If you stay there, you'll stay there again!!

The location was fine, and the room was of a decent size. However, it was extremely dusty and not very clean. The breakfast was just toast, etc. Better to go next door and buy a toasted cheese and ham sandwich from McDonalds.

The staff acted as though you were irritating them by checking in and out. The rooms were basic but fine for a few nights. The area around the central station is not nice at all, there are alot of homeless people and gangs of men and as a young woman travelling alone I did not feel safe walking back to my hotel through that area.

Staff are not very polite and helpful but the location is excellent as it is right next to the central train station

This hotel served it's purpose in being right across the street from the Milano Centrale rail station. The bus from the airport also took me within 50 yards of it. There were plenty of restaurants and shops around.
The room was what I expected. It was clean and comfortable but one light would not come on. Breakfast was great.
The guy at the front desk however was pretty snotty. It was very uncomfortable dealing with him. My print out said that I should hand it to him when checking in and he got real testy with me over it. He gave me a long shpiel on how I should say things...and not in a nice way. But that night Italy won the World Cup and there was a kicking party in the streets all night. Would I use it again? Maybe. Whether or not I wanted to deal with Captain Crank would factor in heavily. After a long day's travel, polite hotel staff can make or break a hotel.

Staff was extremely friendly, helpful and welcoming. Location was steps away from train station and pullman bus for airport. Metro was also right there and so convenient. At recommendation of staff, purchased a metro card for a day and took metro to many sights all for one low price. Breakfast staff was also very pleasant and accomdating. Would certainly chosse this hotel again. It is not so MINI but rather large in benefits.

Location is excellent, near to the train station, rooms are clean and spacious. Loads of room for improvement for service though. They took a mighty long time to give us our rooms because they did not think that the hotel vouchers that were issued to us by Hotel Travel.Com were genuine; they held on to our passports for half a day claiming that they need to register for us, though they did not seem at all busy to us. And, they simply refused to give us an extra copy of the map of Milan. The experience they gave us leaves little to impress.
