first class location across road from airport bus drop off, room was great plenty of room and well furbished free mini bar with soft dinks and chocalate bars, lovelely jaqusi bath great after long days sightseeing, would say this is best european hotel stayed in would definetly go back....

We stayed for 4 nights in a triple room and found it very comfortable. The area around the hotel is safe but since it is close to the central station you still have to watch our for thieves. The location is also very good. The only thing I would have liked is a kettle in the room. I didn't realise until checking out that they charged us 6 Euros everytime we asked for some hot water to be sent to the room so I could make some tea (my own tea bags). That is kind of ridiculous. Also laundry is very expensive here. Other than those two things the hotel was great.

locations is good ,central stationis right fromt of you and the tourist office inside ths station was nice and quiet compare with near Dome. The room are large and quiet,has got jacquze bath. Drinks (not alcohole) and snacks in the cool cabinet were complemently is also nice touch. I recommend this hotel to anybody either the bussiness or pleasure.

Comfortable room with resonable rate. Close to Central Station and the shuttle bus terminals from Malpensa and Linate airports.
The internet was free but very slow from the room. The internet point is located in the bar.
Very impressed with this hotel and would have no hesitation in staying there again or recommending it to a friend.
