The hotel is located in a good position, near to the central city. Helpful staff, good braekfast, but because of renovation work very early it got loud so that in one of our two rooms no more sleep was possible. In the other room the shower leaked, so that after showering the bathroom was flooded. (Ok, but for the bathrooms the renovation is done. ;-))
