I felt very secure and welcome. The staff were friendly. Room is clean but small. During my stay in Italy I could find bigger rooms at cheaper prices. I could heard persons walking in the corridors but for me it doesn't matter. Although for other kinds of people this could be not so good. Good breakfast beginning at 6:00 am. Free transportation service was good. Is a good place when you want to leave the city soon by the Linate airport....

A reasonable hotel but like most other hotels in Italy, lacked what are considered BASIC inclusions in Australian hotels, namely tea and coffee making facilities and an internet room. No Internet facilities - even a chargeable service would have been acceptable. Dinner Service was good and staff were helpful but no availability of breakfast for early departures, despite being prepaid.
