The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly and with great assistance. Also, the access to the city centre was very easy by taking tram No 2. Only 15 minutes by tram! Overall our staying in the hotel has very good, without experiencing difficulties and problems. Reccomended!!...

Although a 4-star hotel, the location was very inconvenient for a tourist with only 2-3 days to spend in Milan. We had to take a 5-10 min tram ride from about 200m from the hotel to reach the nearest metro rail station. From the metro rail station, we had to change at least 2 trains to get to the nearest tourist attraction sites in central Milan. Hotel room had no tea and coffee making facilities. Hotel could not provide us with 2 bowls upon request and were very reluctant to provide us with a flask of hot water. The only thing 4-star about this was the nice bathroom. Whilst the room bathroom was of 4-star standard, the room itself was not. The room floor was tiled. There was no coffee and tea making faciities in the room. Hotel staff were reluctant to provide a flask of hot water and could not provide us with 2 bowls for our use in the room.
