Very close to the main train station and subway.We had three rooms and one was much more updated than the other two, but don't know what you have to do to get an updated room. The hotel is a good solid hotel, nothing fancy.My only complaint was the resturant that was recommended by the hotel staff: we wondered after our $300 way less-than-average dinner if he was getting a kick-back for sending us there. ...

room is fair ... the stool found in the bathroom is very useful ... the cleanliness of the room can be improved ... we found heavy dust near the hairdryer ... the room is a bit noisy ... you may even know the visitors are around the corner or using the bathroom ... but the location is excellent ...

The hotel is quite noisy, because of insufficientl walls. The elevator was regularly occupied, with a hotel of 7 floor not very comfortably for the clients, after long walks in town.

The staffs on duty are very poilte & friendly. They even show us the Milan map pointing out the locations of supermarts & places of interest to visit. Its only the room heater is not doing a real good job, during the night is very cold.

Very close to main station, Metro and buses. Not too many restaurants in the near vicinity but plenty of public transport within a couple minutes to take you anywhere.
Staff very friendly.
