Hotel location is great and convenient because is next to the Metro and 4 stops away from Duomo.There are restaurants and some value shops around walking distance from hotel. The room is clean and bathroom is well-equipped with basic amenities. Breakfast is good and reception speak good english but they can loose their patience with you some time because of their busy schedule. The only thing I don't like about the hotel is the room is far too small and you get catastrophic phobia if you stay inside the double room too long. I will recommend you to stay if you just need a clean, central and reasonable rate hotel. You will need to find another hotel if you need space after a tired shopping trip.
