Hidden off the road, lovely exterior appearance of hotel. rooms basic but spotlessly clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Not far out from the centre, about 10 mins walk. Only 5 mins from Academia Gallery. Nice quiet area with a few nice reataurants etc dotted around. Would stay again....
