TV program is very poor. There's no window in the room. Reception made only one mistake. Tried to take money for the mini-bar we didn't use. Be attentive with your bill. Other details are perfect. We had only breakfast. Awful choice, no warm food at all. Awful quality of coffee. About 15-20 walk to the places of interest. Almost there're no restorants around.

The hotel is more of a chain type of hotel and was in a great location (5 minutes from the Train) and a 10 minute walk to the Uffizi. The breakfast was standard fare but fresh and good and delivered in a nice area. Our room was smallish but clean and well appointed.

First floor rooms very noisy. Only a glass pane separates your bed from the noise of foot and vehicular traffic outside. Awlful on weekends, I heard every heel, engine whine, and brake squeel.
