Everything was great with the hotel, the hotel room and the hotel staff, except two little details: the bread at breakfast was hard as stone, and the floor at the room was always dirty (your feet became black if you walked barefoot)

TV program is very poor. There's no window in the room. Reception made only one mistake. Tried to take money for the mini-bar we didn't use. Be attentive with your bill. Other details are perfect. We had only breakfast. Awful choice, no warm food at all. Awful quality of coffee. About 15-20 walk to the places of interest. Almost there're no restorants around.

The hotel is more of a chain type of hotel and was in a great location (5 minutes from the Train) and a 10 minute walk to the Uffizi. The breakfast was standard fare but fresh and good and delivered in a nice area. Our room was smallish but clean and well appointed.

First floor rooms very noisy. Only a glass pane separates your bed from the noise of foot and vehicular traffic outside. Awlful on weekends, I heard every heel, engine whine, and brake squeel.
