The hotel was well located, well maintained - good decorative order. Some bedrooms were very cold and we had to ask to be moved. The next room was only slightly warmer. Heating system obviously not capable of heating such large rooms sufficiently.

The location is excelent, rooms are spacious . Products after the deadline are found in the minibar. Breakfast is only for people that eat sweat things. Don't ask for a cappuccino. Personnel very indifferent.They proposing only an unlocked roomwith nobody for leaving your lugages.

Hotel has two parts: we had a room in the older building; things a little more run down there but all right. Mattress needed changing - it must have been 20 yrs old and sagged incredibly!

Excellent breakfasts for a eurpoean hotel, spacious rooms, elegantly decorated. Many elevators, air conditioned. Only complaint, there was very hot water in shower. Very friendly, would recommend again, great location, right by the market and the train station and many good restaurants. Not really far from any of the sights.
