The staff was a bit impersonal. Did not find the concierge very accomodating nor personable. The daily breakfast and location were a plus but the rooms are getting a bit worn though it is tastefully done. Nice breakfast. Had after dinner drinks in the lounge. Did not use their restaurant. You basically walk in Florence but if you need a cab, they would call you one and it was there in no time. Location is good. Interior design is nice and modern. If I had to pick, I would stay at their other Hotel, the Lungarno over this one....
