Newly renovated property. A very satisfying stay and only a 3 minute walk (with luggage) to the train station. Our room slept 2 on the main and 2 in a loft which had double doors leading to a roof top terrace. The room was spacious and had very nice large bathroom!...

Very warm, friendly and helpful staffs - especially those in the front desk as I encountered with 3 different persons and all offered superb hospitalities. The room is clean and though simple - those serve the key needs of travellers like us. Walking distance to train station - strategic location.

Perhaps you have to pay more when you are in Florence but still such a hotel is a little bit too expensive.The lack of parking lot for a hired car was a real problem too.

Very good all round Hotel. Close to Main Train Station and Tour departure points. Good quality reasonably priced resturants close by. Easy walking distance to main attractions. I would certainly stay here agaion.

We found the position of the hotel very convenient and close to a range of good restaurants. The immediate area around the station was a bit seedy, but really no worse than most major stations, and we did not feel unsafe at any point. Renovation works continue in the hotel but did not cause us any noise concerns. Our room faced the steet and was a little noisy, especially on St Patricks day from customers leaving the bar situated close by.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel for its location , friendliness and cleanliness. The room was more than adequate and the bathroom facilities were excellent. The bar was a bit lacking but who cares. There are so many places to go around that this does not matter.
Recommend the San Lorenzo areas for restaurants. They were from our expereince by far the best
