Excellent breakfast, nice staff but the hotel is old and they obviously have maintenance problems : swimming pool EMPTY (unconvenient when 40° centigrade), bedroom okay but bathtub real dirty when I got there, lamps not working, old furniture, mini-bar empty and unplugged in despite complain, work being done inwalls wich means drills and hammer at 9.00 am. I could cope with all that but for half the price.

When I arrived to the hotel and I saw the room, when directly to change it for a "what they called " "Suit", with an extra charge of 100$, after discussing as they wanted to charge 150$ extra per night. The bathroom was so small that two persons could not fit in it. The room: the furniture was old and damaged, falling down pieces. The corridors, lift, walls etc needed a total renew , it is like they build that hotel on 1970 and left it as it was.
I do not understand how can they have 5 stars and specially how a name as "Sheraton" is mantaining that hotel with its name.
I will never go again to that hotel, and I do not recomend it to anybody.
The door and windows did not close properly, The cupboard door was half broken in pieces, The minibar was with drinks expired (Tonic looked yellow). The bathroom was tiny. Ilumination very poor.
The only good thing was the bed which was comfortable. All furniture from the 70ths,old and most of it falling down. The TV was from 20 years ago.
There were not hotel facilities. The swimming pool (done with plastic) empty, The lobby very small,
the bar , not exixting and the piano was there as decoration as it was never played as suposed to be a piano bar.
There was an average, people at breakfast were nice, reception and the rest did not know the meaning of kindness. Drinks from the minibar with already expired data. For all explained I do not think it is a 5 star hotel, I would not give it more than three. It was located very centri

it's always a shame to have to pay extra for one expresso the morning, when the breakfest is inclued in the rate...
It was located very centric , close to the beach and restaurants. There were many taxis at the door of the hotel. Drinks from the minibar with already expired data. The windows and doors of the room did not close properly and the walls were not thick enough. All the noise from the room beside could be heard easily.
