Music at post reception meal far too loud should have been more controlled. LIAM GRIFFIN, Ireland
Nice hotel but the room we got was very poor A HotelTravel.com Member, Ireland
Very friendly staff. Breakfast lovely - great variety. Room lovely and clean BUT like a matchbox - very pokey i.e. too small. Ian Ward, United Kingdom
Bar food poor, BLT looked old and microwaved. Beer expensive but all hotels are. freindly staff as is Eire in general. handy for all main routes driving. A HotelTravel.com Member, Ireland
The hotel has good and bad points. Receptionists appear also to be telephonists as at check-in you are ignored when the phone rings as they take booking enquiries. Rule number one in my book is take care of the person standing in front of you. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly.
Rooms are in need of a refurbishment. Tired decor, loose fittings in the bathroom, bath rocked, faulty keycard system that required numerous attempts to enter the room. Minimal toiletries for a four star establishment. Bad corridor design, very noisy because there is no room lobby to close out corridor traffic andd sounds. Again, a four star establishment should be a cut above the middle ground. A HotelTravel.com Member, Ireland
