This hotel is amazing. Yes room size can be a bit on the small size but the hotel facilities more than make up for an extra few square feet!!!! Service ireceived from all staff is excellent. Without doubt the pool complex is amazing and the surrounds are beautiful. Will always stay at the Hyatt Jogja. The hotel has a good drop off shuttle into the centre but you need to make your own way back. Taxis are reasonable however and the location of the hotel is not an issue for the tranquil surrounds....

Hotel lacks a fitness center, despite having a "spa." Pool is excellent. Grounds are beautiful. Excellent staff. Significant increase in price this year over past years.

While the Hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly, they decided that a Monday night was a good night to invite the world's worst amateur rock band to play in the lobby of the hotel. This started at 8PM. I tried to sleep through the din caused by the band below but was woken up at 1AM, It was only when I called the front desk at 1AM in the morning screaming that they finally told the band to stop playing. I have never been subjected to such noise in a major luxury hotel before. It was shocking and it marred what otherwise would have been a pleasant enough stay. The food was good but the spa facilities dingy and some of the floors smelled of sewage.

The hotel was extremely busy over the Christmas period. The children that were allowed to run throught the corridores at 6am for most of the week were a problem but otherwise the hotel was wonderful

Nice and green environment, good swimming pool, golf course just beside hotel. Has no Gym, which 5-star hotel should have. Room and bath are too small for 5-star hotel. Rooms at Melia Purosani or even Mutiara downtown are better than Hyatt rooms.

Excellent hotel; regarding restaurants, it should have more options; size of the rooms seems to be too small for the high quality of this hotel.
