Rated #8 for all Lombok hotels
great beach bungalow, ocean view. snorkeling on site was great for a beginner. coral and colorful fish... food was good and room service was excellent. even cleaned very dirty shoes and backpacks like new after mt rinjani climb. i will stay again my next trip. lombok is is waaaay better than bali if you like scenic natural beauty, and the bungalow was a nice, modern place to come home to. i wish i was there now....... the only downside was a few ants in the room. but we left food out. think we caused that. very friendly staff and you can see bali from the beach. too cool... ...

The location and the staff was exellent. But the hotel is 20 years and look like it. We will prefer Holiday Resort or Puri Mas Beach Hotel next time.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is great. Stayed away from the beach as you did tend to get a little bit of hassle from people trying to sell you things, but I guess they need to make a living.

It's the oldest hotel in the area, they say. But the facilities are still quite good nevertheless. There is an excellent park, good design, good place for children. They would not allow the peddlers to prevent you from enjoying the place if only you don't go directly to the beach (the beaches in INdonesia are all public by law).
Gekkos in the room were first somewhat frightening but in a few days we got quite used to them and could not wait till they go hunting in the evening.
Internet was awful, but they were going to install something speedy right at the time when we were there - maybe now it's fine, who knows?
The staff is quite friendly. We even had a special cocktail party for those who stay long (we stayed 9 days). We met a lady who stays there for quite a long time for 20-something years - and always in this particular hotel.
