Rated #11 for all Lombok hotels
My wife, six year old daughter and I have stayed at several 4* hotels in Bali and Lombok over the last two years. We would rate this hotel as the best we have stayed in. Comparable in price to other Lombok hotels and far cheaper than Bali. We chose the basic Superior room and paid only US$58 a night including the most sumptious breakfast you could imagine. As the advertised price was US$120 the Hoteltravel price was a bargain. Design-wise it is a magnificent blend of artistic design and traditonal Sasak architecture. The bathroom area was finished in terrazzo which provided a really clean gap...

The staff is efficient and friendly.Tha Spa is very low standard. It needs to be improved. The therapists do not speak very well english in order to provide a good service to customers.Food is excellent.
I would rate this hotel 4*.

You are miles from anywhere, withvery little nightlife in the village. This suited our needs perfectly but if you are not looking for a 'chilled out' location in the middle of 'nowhere', then this is not the place for you! In addition you are at least 1 hour+ from the airport.
We will be returning, early next year, without a doubt. We loved it and the sorrounding area.

As the advertised price was US$120 the Hoteltravel price was a bargain. Design-wise it is a magnificent blend of artistic design and traditonal Sasak architecture. The bathroom area was finished in terrazzo which provided a really clean gap-free surface unlike many other tiled bathrooms. The staff were very helpful and friendly, and as in many places in Indonesia, always ready to smile and laugh, and especially fond of children.
The restaurant food was delicious and really well presented. The menu prices did not include a 20% tax which most hotels include in the price. We, however, usually opted to eat out at a different local restaurant each night. The food was far cheaper and also spreads money through the local community. Just a few minutes to Kuta, we managed to get a return trip with our local driver waiting for 30000rp. At Novotel, a Large Bintang beer was 29000 rp which is well above most other hotels.
Kidsclub was adhoc and equipment was very basic. "Scheduled" activities were not carried out.
It is a beautiful location, lovely beach, warm clear water for swimming. We found the beach sellers very insistent a

Very peacfull hotel. Beach OK. You should take a small bungalow facing the sea, it is really worth the money!!! and if you want a romantic moment with your girlfriend choose the dinner on the beach!!!! Only problem is that it is very far from airport and city center!!
