We were very happy at Jayakarta Lombok, our room was good near the pool and also the restaurants. The service was excellente and some staff even called me by name. The breakfast was big and had variety. The only thing we did not like much is that the hot water did not run all the time and it was not reallly hot ( not worth to use the bathtub). There was also no way to walk to restaurants or shops but there was a taxi stop in the hotel, faster transportation available. We highly recommend the hotel....

The Jayakarta is one of my favorite hotels in Lombok. It is beautiful, luxurious and well worth the money. My only complaint was there were not towels in my room when I first checked in, probably just an oversite. The pool is outstanding, the food is very good and the rooms are very comfortable.

- Not inviting to swim at the beach with steep shoreline and no sunchairs.
Obliged to take a 5 minutes taxitrip to restaurant- and shopingarea.

Besides the poor menue in the restaurant and the high prises for softdrinks the stay in the hotel was very satisfactory. Because during our stay the hotel had many groups meeting there what made the breakfast crowded but the pool therefore was never crowded. The beach location is spectaculer and there are enough cheaper and better places for eating close by.

The hotel is located off Senggigi, thus it's not very convenient to access to bars and restaurants. The room is standard but clean, however, the hot water system has timing and it's not even hot.The buffet breakfast is quite horribel. Overall the hotel is value for money.
