We really enjoyed ourselves here. The pool was sensational and the restaurant was also good. We felt safe and secure here. The only downside was the men staring over the wall when I was swimming. I felt dirty and unsafe....

Although the facility has undergone significant exterior upgrades since being taken over from Intan, the rooms are still pretty tired. Ambience and location are great.

Just a few days back in holland after roundtrip Indonesia, I have to complain about Hotel Lombok Intan. Please don''t sell until the hot water is repaired. The boiler is broken and allready for about 2 months. At arrival they say that is just happened and it will take some days or weeks. A 4 star hotel with only cold water for shower and bath is Awful. Room needs some painting and the missing of hot water is awful.

Rooms are looking a bit tired. Double beds are undersized. But lovely grounds, good beach access and location.
