Mostly a fantastic stay, with warm, friendly & helpful staff. Good family resort, but could be much better if pool was equipped with child-friendly features e.g. water slides. Fitness centre small, old & requires better maintenance. Food was quite good, can do with greater variety. On the whole, im very satisfied....

The holiday resort is a lovely palce to stay. Beautiful, spacious manicured grounds and great spacious rooms. We stayed in a beach bungalow with outdoor bathroom which was great. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did.

Our family of 4 adults had a family unit that was large and comfortable and met our needs well. The grounds are lush and well kept. The staff friendly and gracious. The buffet breakfast delicious with many choices. The location is north of the shops on Sengigi Beach area, but easy to get to by taxi for $1. A quiet, restful resort on the beach. We would choose this resort again.

A very nice hotel, good location for a quiet holiday. Minus for the very poor range of wines; one night the hotel arranged a seefood evening, all food was excellent, but when we ordered a bottle of white wine there was nothing left! We were offered a bottle of red wine, though, Bali type and rather undrinkable, so ther was beef for us that night. Apart from this, the room was big and nice, with a fantastic bathroom!

the toilet is intersting cos it's semi open air which is kind of liberating.
quality of breakfast was not very good & i tend to think the food there in general needs to boost. other than that, i would give a thumbs up for value for money vs comfort for everything else as long as the price stays between USD30 - 45.

Value for money hotel ! Aside from the geckos and lizards , which of course hotel cannot help, it was good. However, the food choices were limited ( as in rest of Lombok!). Staff were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to my friends, should they choose to try out Lombok ( instead of Bali!!)

Hotel is nice, but food was awful, kids couldn't eat nothing, and if baby (1 y) wants milk, there is no market, so no fresh milk. This hotel is perfect for kids at 6 until 14 years. If anyone want to go there, has to know, first shop and restorants are 6 km far, and all around are beautiful beaches. So, with rent-a-car everything is better, but 35-50 euro (per 1 day) is not something what you count when you do booking.

Do not use boat man in front of hotel. Better you go to tour desk in the hotel lobby. Large swimming pool and kids club. Room is very nice and large include bathroom. Excellent hotel value for money.

The bathrooms/bathtubs are amazing. The beach is nice--although it is outside the resort so there are no chairs and plenty of friendly vendors with an array of crafts. The resort has several of food/drink venues. Snorkelling trips, motor bike rentals, tours, etc. were easy to arrange. Lombok is beautiful. The contrast between the resort and the average standard of living for the islanders can be difficult. April is the rainy season, so be prepared to relax inside or on your veranda for a few hours each day. The fitness centre and business centre are small and so if you MUST use these facilities it is a bit difficult. Tennis courts are appealing. The giant chessboard is fun. The spa is absolutely fantastic. The poolbar is understandably popular.
