Staff couldn't find my airline tickets which have been deliverd 3 days prior to my arrival, room telephone didn't work, room full of musquito's and the hotel didn't have any spray. Coudn't pay my bill at check out. I checked my bill (one dinner only) I made them clear that this was the only thing they were allowed to charge my credit card for.After 3 days I received a scanned cc copy with 200.000 Rp telephone costs which I didn't make (room tel didn't work).
Lousy hotel!!
