All facilities I needed were available. very friendly staff. Food and drinks were good. Close to the offices I wanted to visit. taxis and buses available.

It would be nice if you could change the bath towels. It is quite old from its color. The ambience in the lobby is nice. Good location.

We were very happy at the Sari Pacific. Extremely well managed. Best value for money we got on a long trip through many countries.

Hello, this was my first visit to Jakarta and I was happy to stay at Sari Pan Pacific Hotel. In fact I chose the hotel due to its location, but it was a real pleasure to stay in it. Very friendly staff. Personal approach. Located at city centre. Close to restaurants and department stores. Easy access to public transportation. Good breakfast. Much choice in restaurants. Internet too expensive. US$ 0.40 / min. Internet cafes are nearby.

Room: standard o.k. - Bathroom very bad: small,old,rusty. Breakfast large selection but poor quality. Restaurant: very good only the Japanese one. Conclusion: hotel needs a complete restoration to merito the five stars. At present fwing my opinion could be between 3 and 4 stars. Personally I will cancel Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta from my hotels index
