Rooms were a bit old. Toilet ammenities were basic. No noticable power outlet points. The coffee house was warm and stuffy in the morning.

Well...wat can i say? Its more than i ever expected it to be...haha....the exterior was not so nice(rather old)...that gave me doubts when i first arrived....but as i went in...i was like...WOW.....an ancient PALACE! And when i arrive in my room...it was like...oh my god...is this a hotel room or a room for royalties?? Excellent...till now its been 1 wk since i came back to Singapore....im still in dreamland....dreaming abt the hotel stay and my trip to jakarta....Excellent....will come back again and stay in Sari Pan Pacific hotel...that's for sure!!...... i give it 10/10 in ratings....

I thought this was a very good hotel, and excellent in terms of value-for-money. The service levels and attitude of the staff was exemplary, and many hotels who charge much more should get this hotel to help them. However, if I was pressed to state one negative, I would say that the bathroom was somewhat tired and needs renovating. Despite that, I will definitely be going back.

Room: standard o.k. - Bathroom very bad: small,old,rusty.
Breakfast large selection but poor quality.
Restaurant: very good only the Japanese one.
Conclusion: hotel needs a complete restoration to merito the five stars.
At present fwing my opinion could be between 3 and 4 stars.
Personally I will cancel Sari Pan Pacific Jakarta from my hotels index
