The apartments, while being clean and spacious, are in need of the refurbishment which is currently being carried out. The apartment needed decorating, there was insufficient equipment in the kitchen and the ancient television set produced a very poor picture. At the hottest part of the day the air conditioning was inadequate. If prices remain the same after completion of this refurbishment, (due in August), the value will be excellent. The gymnasium was reasonably equipped and the swimming pool was of good size. No swimming pool changing rooms were provided. The menu was extremely restricted and the quality of the food was no more than acceptable. Service was very slow and required frequent prompting. Internet connection required the removal of the phone from the wall in the sitting room of the apartment. The dial-up connection, while reasonable in priced, was very slow, (24kb).
